The software works very well. I like that it beeps continuously after somebody has sent a message. I also like that it acts like a messenger chatting app. It makes for efficient communication. I also like that the front desk members can have their own team chat that is available to all other co-workers that are logged in the system. I also appreciate the fact that we can use emoticons within our messages just to make the guest feel more comfortable and able to relate with the front desk members. Also, most of the time people feel more at ease when they text message. Usually a person can say what they really want through a text and may sometimes shy away in person or even during a phone conversation.

Great products with a reliable and highly professional support team Our Group has been using ClockPMS solution more than two years. The hotel switched from RoomMaster (the big elephant in the room) with this relatively unknown software ClockPMS. ClockPMS great improved our staff's productivity, booking accuracy and helps me (as the senior management team) to streamline process. Their incredible team members are also ClockPMS big assets. Preslava, Iliya, and Mira provided us with tremendous support, always quick in responding questions, even though we are far away in Sydney Australia. During the COVID time, they constantly check on us to ensure we're coping well. Preslava is our Business Development Manager. She is energetic, professional and reliable.
